National Alliance on Mental Illness Family To Family Class

NAMI Family-to-Family provides information about anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions and includes topics such as improved communication with your family member, problem solving, treatment, and recovery.

 

This program is taught by trained family members who also have a loved one with a mental health condition and is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants also maintain their own well-being.
