- Appetizer - Oven roasted garlic shrimp in a
brioche ring topped with a reduced sherry cream.
Wine-Adami Prosecco Valdobbiadene Bosco di Gica.
- Salad-
Mixed mescalin greens topped with toasted almonds, shaved fennel, grape tomato confit, tossed in a lemon & lavender honey vinaigrette. Wine-Alois Lageder Pinot Bianco.
- Pasta -
Papardelle in a braised pork shoulder & tomato ragu.
Wine-Boroli Barbara d?Alba Quattro Fratelli.
- Entree -
Stuffed chicken roulade (asparagus, mushroom puree, & prosciutto) topped with a smoke kissed tomato & thyme cream served with roasted potatoes.
Wine-Tenuta Sant?Antonio Valpolicella Ripasso Monti Garbi.
- Dessert -
Pineapple & coconut panna cotta
