The BACC WBN will honor four Outstanding Women Leaders in our community at an awards luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 24 from 11:30 am-1:00 pm at Biltmore Country Club in North Barrington.
 

The OWL Awards honor remarkable women whose dedication, leadership, and service are transforming lives, mentoring future generations, and strengthening the quality of life throughout our communities. These women give tirelessly of themselves, often behind the scenes, creating meaningful and lasting impact.

Over the years, we have been privileged to recognize an exceptional group of honorees, including Darby Hills of Barrington Children's Charities, Kyle Kick of BStrong Together, Jodie Diegel of SOUL Harbour Ranch Animal Therapy Program, Karen Lambert of Advocate Good Shepherd, Dori Squires-Hough of Barrington Giving Day, Jessica Green of Courageous Conversations, Betsy Wintringer of Barrington Youth & Family Services, and many other inspiring women whose stories continue to motivate and uplift all who attend.

The OWL Awards Luncheon is far more than an awards ceremony. It is a powerful celebration of resilience, compassion, and purpose. During the program, our honorees share their personal journeys—the challenges they have overcome, the lessons they have learned, and the passion that drives them to serve others.
