These women give tirelessly of themselves\, often behind the scenes\, creating meaningful and lasting impact.\n\nOver the years\, we have been privileged to recognize an exceptional group of honorees\, including Darby Hills of Barrington Children's Charities\, Kyle Kick of BStrong Together\, Jodie Diegel of SOUL Harbour Ranch Animal Therapy Program\, Karen Lambert of Advocate Good Shepherd\, Dori Squires-Hough of Barrington Giving Day\, Jessica Green of Courageous Conversations\, Betsy Wintringer of Barrington Youth & Family Services\, and many other inspiring women whose stories continue to motivate and uplift all who attend.\n\nThe OWL Awards Luncheon is far more than an awards ceremony.
