Purchasing Specialist / Customer Service
Looking for an energetic individual with purchasing experience and ability to handle a variety of office tasks. Do you have knowledge of order entry and QuickBooks? If so, we want to hear from you! Corporate Identity a leading provider of promotional products and apparel, seeking a Full Time Office Sales Support Specialist to join our team. In Office Position: M-F (8a - 5p)
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter orders and manage order processing
- Utilize QuickBooks for order management and invoicing
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to sales staff and clients.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Handle administrative tasks and assist with various office duties as needed such as invoicing and handle phone calls.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is helpful
