Creating a timeline for the process of transition Featured Speakers: Patricia Morales and Victoria Briones, Transition Specialists Countryside Association Patricia and Victoria will share their experience working with area students in the areas of Transition and Employment. & Michael Garamoni, Program Coordinator?Continuing Professional Development & Workforce Development Institute College of Lake County Michael created The Personal Success Program at the College of Lake County which provides vocational skills training to students with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities.
