Using Native Plants in the Home Landscape
The workshop will explain the advantages of using native Illinois plants in your home landscape, and introduce you to simple ways to begin incorporating native plants. In addition, you'll see examples of native plants in use in a variety of settings, including prairie gardens, butterfly gardens, and traditional gardens. A 30-minute program will be followed by a Q & A session. A short tour of Countryside's garden will be conducted for anyone interested.
