For the next iteration of our 2026 Wine Dinner Series, The Greggory welcomes one of Napa Valley’s most respected winemakers for a special collaboration. Join us on March 31 as Chef José Sosa partners with Andy Erickson, founder and winemaker of boutique label Favia Wines, for an intimate wine dinner celebrating the intersection of world-class winemaking and bold, fire-driven cuisine. A Napa Valley mainstay for more than three decades, Andy Erickson has built a legendary career working with some of the region’s most iconic estates, including Harlan Estate, Screaming Eagle, and Staglin Family Vineyards. Today, he crafts wines from Napa’s most remarkable sites while leading his own acclaimed labels, Favia and Leviathan, and overseeing winemaking at the historic Mayacamas Vineyards. Together with his wife and viticulturalist Annie Favia, they focus on using organic and biodynamic methods to restore local biodiversity with native plants, focusing on a holistic approach to the vineyard and its surrounding lands, and doing minimal intervention processing to allow the fruit to speak for itself. For this special evening at The Greggory, Chef José and Andy will present a multi-course dinner paired with a curated lineup of Favia wines. Expect an experience that highlights the harmony between Chef José’s open-fire cooking and the depth, structure, and elegance of Napa Valley wines, with expert guidance through every course. Wines will be available for purchase following the dinner.
