Elderwerks Stepping Out to Fitness Program Starts Today

Elderwerks 90-day fitness challenge is for anyone who wants to improve their health and have fun while doing it. Log your preferred exercise on the fitness log. Any exercise is allowable and can include running, jumping, stretching, steps, miles, weights, yoga, and more! 

This FREE 90-day challenge is designed for all fitness levels. There is no limit to the number of participants. The first 100 registrants to sign up online will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag! Pick ups will begin Monday, December 13, 2021. The first 100 registrants will be notified via email in early December. Sign up today!

Elderwerks will be hosting several fitness instructors to provide complimentary Zoom exercise classes every other Wednesday starting on January 5, 2022.  

Starting in January, complete your log, marking off the days you exercise with a description of the exercise, and number of reps, steps, miles, etc. At the end of each month, mail, or drop-off the card to be entered for the monthly drawing. Do a 30-day cycle or join all three months! The next Stepping Out to Fitness program will run from January 1, 2022 - March 31, 2022.
