You'll have the opportunity to:

- Discover resources available in your community
- Find support, tools, and information for you and your loved ones

Sessions in Main Gym:
11AM-12PM: Mane in Heaven Therapy Horses
11AM-1PM: Piper the Therapy Dog
Guided Classes in Fitness Studio 2:
10AM-10:30AM: Tai Chi
10:45AM-11:15AM: Yoga
11:30AM-12PM: Wellness Activity
