JourneyCare’s 25th Annual Duck Race and Pool Party

Join JourneyCare’s 25th Annual Duck Race and Pool Party from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Aqualusion Water Park, Langendorf Park, 235 Lions Drive, Barrington. Cheer on the ducks as they take off down the waterslide and race to the finish! Each plastic duck is numbered and the winning ducks are announced after each race. You can win prizes if your adopted ducks wins! This event is fun for the whole family and also includes free open swimming and splash pad, free games and activities, entertainment by Bob the DJ, food for purchase and a 50/50 drawing. The cost is $5 to adopt one duck; $25 for a duck family of six; $100 for a flock of 25: $25 for a 50/50 raffle ticket or $100 for five raffle tickets. For details, visit journeycare.org/duck.
