Project managers are more than administrators. They are leaders of the organizations most important initiatives. However, not every project leader needs to have full Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. A core of key practices is required to deliver effectively, so how can project leads get up to speed, offer true value add, and make project success a priority without the laborious process of certification. In this session we’ll establish a baseline of the key project management functions (tied to the PMI standards) that quickly gets practitioners aligned without sending them all to bootcamp.
