Illinois Mandated Sexual Harassment Avoidance Training for Management

The training provides managers and decision makers with clear actions to take and strategies to implement to support and protect their staff and business. It is an important complement to the Employee Training program and expands the managers’ understanding of their critical role in properly responding to sexual harassment complaints by their staff. It is strongly recommended that ALL Managers/Supervisors /Owners complete both the Manager and Employee training programs.
