Create the foundation for self-confidence and the ability to bounce back from negative experiences. During the  “Mommy and Me Coaching Group”, girls 8-11 will cultivate the self-possession to handle the difficult social interactions faced in school and life. Moms and/or grandmas will reinforce skills and become a guide.
 
One-hour meetings will include: group discussion, games and activities.
