The Listening Room at Lakeside Legacy is proud to present First Friday Open Mic Night with Steve Sebby, singer songwriter, will host an open mic night the first Friday of every month starting on November 7th. This is no ordinary open mic night we welcome every type of art genre to our room: poetry, solo instrument, comedy, story telling, or even spoken word. Our idea is to let you be as creative as your imagination allows, in a beautiful, intimate space. This event takes place directly after the monthly First Friday art exhibit located in the Sage and Dole galleries. Join us from 5-8 for the art, and stay after for the open mic night located in the Listening Room beginning at 8 o'clock pm. Mark your calendars now for First Friday Open Mic Night, which will be the first Friday of every month. Tickets are $10.00 and can be purchased at www.LakesideLegacy.org or by contacting the Box Office at (815)-455-8000. A cash bar will be available during the event.
