Family-to-Family is a free education program that meets weekly for eight sessions. It is for loved ones of individuals with mental illness and provides Information about anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD and other mental health conditions. It is taught by trained family members who also have a loved one with a mental health condition and is designed to increase understanding and advocacy skills while helping participants maintain
their own well-being. You will learn: what causes mental illness, what these disorders are like, treatment and
support options, communication and problem solving skills, self-care techniques, and more.
