McKenna is a true miracle at 3yrs old, she was born premature with issues ranging from a rare genetic disorder, a portion of her brain missing, suspected primordial dwarfism, scoliosis, seizures and blindness, in the face of of unbelievable medical challenges, McKenna reminds us through her incredible determination to have faith, be positive and focus on blessings.
