The public is invited to attend the meeting of Barrington Breakfast Rotary Club to hear Kay McKeen, Founder and Executive Director of SCARCE.   Kay McKeen has received state-wide recognition for the programs SCARCE has developed and for the legislation she has co-written to foster sustainability.
