Elgin Symphony Orchestra, "Lynn Harrell Plays Tchaikovsky"
This opening weekend to remember brings together Andrew Grams, world-famous cellist, Lynn Harrell and the musicians of the ESO with musical connections to familiar American sounds, virtuosic Tchaikovsky cello performances, and ending with Brahms' Symphony No. 1 - a masterpiecce that begins with Timpani pounding and ends in a gloroius blaze of sound.
