• Cardiac screenings
• Complete lipid panel (Cholesterol & diabetes – 12 hour fast required-finger stick)
• Diabetes screening and education
• Flu shots $25 (Free to Medicare patients)
• Foot screenings
• Heart age assessment
• Prostate cancer screenings for men 45 and older only (Includes a digital rectal exam and blood draw)
*In recognition of prostate awareness month, we are now offering FREE
prostate cancer screenings provided by an Advocate Physician.
Saturday, September 17, 8 am – noon at the Advocate Good Shepherd Outpatient Center in Crystal Lake.
