High cholesterol High blood pressure Limited/infrequent physical activity Overweight/obsesity Diabetes Stress Family history of heart disease Over 45 years of age Smother Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, in partnership with the women legislators of Illinois, is offering free cardiac risk assessments to help you care for your heart. Please note these are non-fasting screenings so fasting is not necessary. Each screening will include total cholesterol (including HDL), blood pressure, weight, a cardiac risk assessment number and counseling with a cardiac nurse.
