"Bikers Against Bullies" Motorcycle Ride
Rev your engines for “Bikers Against Bullies” Motorcycle Ride on Sunday, September 18, 2011. Join fellow bikers and supporters of Society for the Preservation of Human Dignity, PHD, for a scenic 90+ mile ride through Northern Illinois back roads! The only one of its kind in our area, this ride will promote bully prevention and character development for our youth. All proceeds will go towards PHD’s MOTIVATE Prevention Department and The Friendship Project, an anti-bullying program developed by PHD.
The ride begins and ends at the Broken Oar in Port Barrington, IL. Stops along the route include Jesse Oak’s, Halftime, KC’s Cabin and Washington Street Station. The day will be full of entertainment, including a DJ and live music by Savannah Road, great riding, 50/50 raffle, tons of great prize raffles including the chance to win a Weber Grill package and prizes for the top three poker hand winners!
Register by Friday, August 26, 2011 and pay only $20 per bike! Fee includes one patch per bike and breakfast/poker hand for each rider. (Day of registration is $25 per bike and does not include the poker hands.)
