The program criteria that has been set by the Village of Barrington is the participating businesses be a Village of Barrington based with a retail product bugject to Illinois Retail Tax. There will be a fee (not determined until we know how many businesses ae participating) for a website presence and promotional materials. The program is tentatively planned to kick-off mid February.
