The Barrington Leadership Institute brings together open, enthusiastic people who represent the diversity in the Barrington area.  The program structures a system for participants to learn from and dialogue with current leaders from many sectors.  The results?  Participants acquire a broad understanding of complex issues and tasks facing then as leaders, sharpen their leadership skills, and build relationships necessary to resolve the challenges ahead.  It’s a whole brain and whole body with a quality experience that creates distinctly positive results for the companies and organizations that sponsor employees or staff members.  The training and skills acquired will be qually transferable to both business and personal development, while enhancing our community leadership.

 

The Leadership Institute runs from October 2007 to May 2008.
