Gala, Honeycrisp, and Pink Lady are just a few of the many varieties of apples. Students will pick and prepare recipes using this bountiful fruit of the fall season. Recipes include Apple Salad, Baked Apples A la Mode and Apple Turnovers.  Class for children ages 8 - 12 years old.
