DESCRIPTION:Making Strides for Special Kids\, hosted by the SEDOL Foundation\, is a 5K Run/Walk and Kids' 1 Mile Sprint to raise funds for special needs children and their families in Lake County. This funding will enrich the educational\, vocational\, and social opportunities for children with disabilities.\n\n\n\nThis event will be like no other. In addition to the 5K run/walk and kids' sprint\, we will feature a capable/handicapable event. Capable runners and walkers will partner with special needs runners/walkers/wheelchair participants to experience a "race" - many for the first time.
