SUMMARY:Barrington Dance Ensemble Announces 2019 Nutcracker Auditions
DESCRIPTION:12:00-12:30 Ages 6-8\n\n12:45-1:30 Ages 9-11\n\n1:45-2:30 Ages 12-13\n\n2:45-3:30 Ages 14 and up\n\n\n\n\n\n  Be a part of the magic of the Nutcracker! Male and female dancers ages 6 and up from any studio are invited to audition. Dancers must be 6 years old by September 8 to audition.\n\n  Performance Dates: November 22\, 23 & 24 at Barrington High School.\n\n  Rehearsal Schedule: Rehearsals are held every Sunday in September\, October\, and November at Barrington Dance Academy. (Including District 220 long weekend\, October 20.) Tech/dress rehearsals will be held in the afternoon/evening November 16-21 at Barrington High School.\n\n  If cast\, Dancers MUST be available for all scheduled rehearsals and performances. \n\n  $20 audition registration fee\, cash or check payable to BDE.\n\n  Dancers should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their audition time for registration.\n\n  Audition attire: leotard and pink tights for girls\, black pants or shorts and white t-shirt for boys\, girls' hair neatly secured.  Bring pointe shoes if applicable.\n\n  Nutcracker performance contracts will be available for review at auditions. A non-refundable participation fee will be due for each dancer accepted into the cast.
