SUMMARY:At-Home Diagnostic ACT for Sophomores & LIVE Virtual Open House!
DESCRIPTION:Laura George Consulting is excited to host our first virtual diagnostic ACT test and Open House for sophomores and their parents!\n\n\n\nWith the additional free time in students' schedules right now\, it's a great time to determine whether the ACT or SAT is a better fit for your sophomore\, establish an ideal standardized testing timeline\, and start on the path to maximizing his or her score!\n\n\n\nWe will send a full-length ACT and answer sheet to each registrant along with timing protocols so your student can take the test at home. We will also provide instructions on how to scan the answer sheet to us so that we can generate a five-page report on your child's test and provide it to you via email for your review. We suggest that your child take the test sometime prior to the Open House\, such as during the day on Saturday\, May 2 or the morning of Sunday\, May 3\, but they are welcome to take it anytime they can set aside a continuous three-hour block of time in the coming weeks.\n\n\n\nOn Sunday\, May 3\, from 12:30-1:00\, we will be holding a LIVE informational Open House on our Facebook page where our founder\, Laura George\, will discuss the test prep process and provide information about our customized one-on-one tutoring options.\n\n\n\nTaking a diagnostic ACT in the spring of sophomore year is a perfect opportunity for students to:\n\n	Obtain a baseline score\n	Assess whether the ACT or SAT is better fit for them (all colleges that require a standardized test score will accept either test with NO preference and students may register to take the ACT during any of the seven national test dates)\n	Determine opportunities for improvement\n	Plan an ideal test prep timeline and identify the ideal test dates for your student to target during junior year\n\nPlease contact us with questions at 847-363-6780 or at admin@laurageorgeconsulting.com.
