DESCRIPTION:The Barrington 220 Educational Foundation\, in partnership with the Barrington High School Alumni Association (BHSAA)\, is proud to announce the 7th Annual Alumni Legends program\, "Prescription for Success\, BHS Alumni Explore the Business of Healthcare\," to be held on Thursday\, September 27\, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Barrington High School. The panel will include BHS alumni who have excelled in their healthcare field exploring their education\, careers\, and current healthcare trends. A list of panelists is available on our website at www.220foundation.org\n\nIn addition to the panel discussion\, the event will serve as the official unveiling of the High School's new Health Sciences Lab\, a fully interactive classroom space that will provide our students with a healthcare pathway leading to increasingly in-demand careers. As an example\, the classroom will house the Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program in partnership with Harper College\, which teaches students basic nursing skills to provide direct hands-on care of residents in long term care and hospital settings. The Educational Foundation has committed a significant investment toward the development and long-term sustainability of the Health Sciences Lab. Sponsorships are still available.  All proceeds support the Health Sciences Lab.
