DESCRIPTION:Restaurant Tasting Event to Benefit Countryside Association for People with Disabilities Monday\, October 21\, 2013. This popular culinary-based fundraising event will feature food and drink samples from dozens of area restaurants. Event activities include music a silent auction\, Hyundai Elantra Raffle\, and delicious food and drinks. Open to the public and kicks off at 5:30 PM. Individual tickets are available for $75 each and can be purchased online at www.countrysideassn.org\; you can also purchase a table of 10 for the discounted price of $675. $40 of each ticket price is tax-deductible and all proceeds from the event will support the program participants of Countryside Association for People with Disabilities\, a 60-year-old agency that supports children and adults with developmental disabilities who reside in northern Cook and Lake County.
