Kimmie-Kakes Opens in The Arboretum of South Barrington
The Barrington Area Chamber of Commerce gathered with the Village of South Barrington on Thursday, July 13, for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the grand opening of Kimmie-Kakes Handcrafted Gift Boutique at 100 W. Higgins, Suite F-30, at The Arboretum of South Barrington.
Kimmie-Kakes creates handmade gifts for all occasions including diaper cakes for baby shower gifts and centerpieces, and towel cakes suitable for housewarming, bridal shower or relaxation/spa day gifts. The boutique also specializes in custom wooden cutting boards, wine stoppers, growth charts, hand-turned bowls, handmade jewelry and more. “Our mission is to provide a memorable and purposeful gift for any occasion that the recipient will cherish and everyone will be talking about,” said owner Kimberly Martin.
